Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on August 29th, 2026.
We at KESU+CO. are working to make our site www.kesu.design accessible to people with disabilities. We are hoping to have it fully accessible by January 2027.
What web accessibility is
An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.
Accessibility adjustments on this site
We are working to adapt this site in accordance with WCAG [2.0 / 2.1 / 2.2 - select relevant option] guidelines, and are working to make the site accessible to the level of A / AA / AAA. This site's contents are being adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, we are going to implement by January 2027:
-
Used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues
-
Set the language of the site
-
Set the content order of the site’s pages
-
Defined clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages
-
Added alternative text to images
-
Implemented color combinations that meet the required color contrast
-
Reduced the use of motion on the site
-
Ensured all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible
Accessibility arrangements in the organization
Our physical home office is not accessible by wheelchair and has several flights of stairs to navigate. If we require in person meetings we are happy to arrange an accessible meeting location. Our principal, Sierra Tasi Baker has a neurological disability, Visual Snow Syndrome, which affects their ability to be in brightly lit office or meeting spaces and will likely influence the visual aspects of meeting locations. Please let us know if low lighting might conflict with your disability. With enough notice we can arrange for a sign language interpreter to be available at meetings. We have a low sensory room onsite which can be made available with a weeks notice. We usually have stim stoys available for in person meetings at our offices. Most of our team is neurodivergent, please let us know if you have any neurodiverse, mental, emotional, spiritual or physical needs and we will do our best to help you feel comfortable while collaborating with us.
